Fight Back Calendar

April 29  Larkspurfightsback.com sponsors film sceening at the Lark Theater in Larkspur:

Rebels with A Cause.  This film chronicals the fight during the 1960s between Marin residents and development proponents over plans to bring freeways and housing and commercial development on a massive scale to West Marin.  Because Marin residents fought back, we - and tourists from around the world - are able to enjoy today the amzaing beauty of the Mt. Tamalpais watershed.  It's sobering to think how close we came to losing it.  See how West Marin was saved on April 29th at the Lark.
